Jay joined the Encore team in April of 2021. They recently moved to Oregon after living most of their life in Montana. Graduating from Montana State University with a Bachelor’s in Film and photography, they enjoy finding new and creative ways of entertaining others. When they are not working or gaming, they are exploring Oregon, hiking and camping. Jay relaxes at home with their two cats Sophie and Esmerelda.
As the front desk specialist, Jay is responsible for verifying insurance, scheduling, updating charts, and ensuring daily operations flow smoothly.
